Ingredients -
6 bananas
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons melted butter
¼ pint chopped hazelnuts
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
Peel the bananas and cut each one into 3 pieces.
Put them in a shallow baking dish. Stir the honey with the lemon juice and melted butter and brush this mixture over the banana chunks.
Bake them for 15 minutes, turning them a few times.
Sprinkle the hazelnuts over the bananas and serve hot.
You can either serve these on a platter with toothpicks or in individual bowls with spoons.
