2 cups raw rice
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon finely grated cinnamon
2 quarts whole milk
2 cinnamon sticks
Add the milk and cinnamon sticks to a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil.
Pour in the rice and turn the heat down to low.
